Toes in the sand, feta in the salad, ouzo in the glass. Kalos brings the soul of a Greek taverna to the powder-soft shore of Baie Nettle — a long, lazy table where the sea is loud, the bread is warm, and lunch can drift well past sunset.
Our chefs cook the Mediterranean we grew up with — grilled octopus, slow-baked pastitsio, just-pulled tzatziki and seafood from the morning's catch. Loungers wait on the sand, cocktails arrive cold, and on weekends the music takes over.
